Camps are an excellent way to get your form checked up, meet the Starting Strength community and gain a deeper understanding of the lifts and programming.
They are perfect for novice lifters through to the experienced and ideal for budding coaches who both benefit from coaching on their own lifts and need to see form corrections being assessed and worked on in real time with other lifters.
